• First time patients can expect a 90-minute visit. Follow-ups are 60 min.

• The practitioner will first listen in-depth to your history and concerns.

• Make sure you fill out the intake form and the informed consent documents that will be sent to you before you come in.

• You can check your insurance coverage with us or by clicking here.

• Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes, and eat a little. Do not come hungry !

There is plenty of free parking on the street around the clinic.

​

It can get a little busy in the center of Sierra Madre.

so allow a few minutes to find your spot!

 

There is disabled parking in the free public parking lot right below the clinic as well as right under our own building.

We are located on Baldwin avenue, north of Sierra Madre Blvd., just 2 minutes from 

the 210 freeway exit Baldwin.
